In 2022, Adam and Ross brought their Californian dreams to life by opening Midpines Cafe, a cozy spot inspired by a memorable road trip through California. The name itself is a tribute to that journey, capturing the charm and calm of Midpines, CA. A year later, they embarked on a new adventure, purchasing a house in Italy with plans to slowly transform it into their retirement haven. Along the way, they've drawn inspiration from their travels through California and Sicily, infusing the cafe’s menu with flavors and dishes that tell the story of their travels and passions, sharing a slice of their journey with every bite.

Midpines is a relaxed garden cafe that's especially welcoming in the summer. Outside, there’s plenty of seating under shade trees and umbrellas, with plants and flowers adding a natural touch. Inside the conservatory, wide sliding doors stay open to let in fresh air and sunlight, creating a smooth flow between indoors and out. It’s a laid-back spot for coffee, lunch, or just some quiet time.
